When she's not managing the office and coordinating upcoming projects; she's helping stain match and refinish finishings that need to match exactly. An expert in matching old work with new work, some of the projects wouldn't be possible without Jenny.

Jared is a strong leader and our in-house plumber. He is currently pursuing his state plumbing license and brings both skill and thoughtfulness to the team every day. Jared has a real passion for sharing knowledge and helping others grow, which makes him a valuable leader in the field.

Bob has more than 20 years of experience in the trades and brings practical, actionable insight to the team every day. As our Safety Coordinator, he is always paying attention to how we can work smarter, safer, and better as a company. His experience and steady leadership make a strong impact on both our projects and our standards.

Devin has been with the team for more than two years and has grown tremendously during that time. He is now transitioning into running his own projects and brings contagious energy to work every day. He pushes hard, stays engaged, and is often the first to step up and get things done.

Branden is a humble professional with serious skill in his trade. He joined our team as an exclusive partner in 2026, and we rely on him for his exceptional attention to detail. His drywall work adds the kind of clean, finished look that makes our projects stand out.

Lilly came to us directly from Ohio Hi Point Career Center where she completed the carpentry program. She is a hard working apprentice who keeps her lead organized everyday. She always comes to work with a great attitude and she embodies the traits of a great employee.

Colton has a passion for cars and is a well rounded & skilled tradesman. He has vast experience in facilities maintenance and troubleshooting things on the fly. He makes an excellent addition to the team with his problem solving skills & positive attitude. Yet another member of the team that cares as much as everyone around him.

Jonathan is our behind the scenes guru. When he's not installing home automation solutions for customers, he's working on making us better here at The Durbin Compound.
