CEO / REFINISHING EXPERT
When she's not managing the office and coordinating upcoming projects; she's helping stain match and refinish finishings that need to match exactly. An expert in matching old work with new work, some of the projects wouldn't be possible without Jenny.

TerriLynn keeps projects running smoothly while bringing creative design ideas to life. She loves working with people and building real connections, making every client feel heard and supported. With a friendly, hands-on approach, she balances organization, creativity, and a genuine passion for design and helping others.

Devin has a genuine passion for building things and leaving them better than he found them. He brings that same mindset to leadership, coaching, and jobsite execution. With strong experience in the trades and a sharp eye for efficiency, Devin helps keep projects moving well and teams performing at a high level.

Jared is a strong leader and our in-house plumber. He is currently pursuing his state plumbing license and brings both skill and thoughtfulness to the team every day. Jared has a real passion for sharing knowledge and helping others grow, which makes him a valuable leader in the field.

Bob has more than 20 years of experience in the trades and brings practical, actionable insight to the team every day. As our Safety Coordinator, he is always paying attention to how we can work smarter, safer, and better as a company. His experience and steady leadership make a strong impact on both our projects and our standards.

Devin has been with the team for more than two years and has grown tremendously during that time. He is now transitioning into running his own projects and brings contagious energy to work every day. He pushes hard, stays engaged, and is often the first to step up and get things done.

Grant joined us right out of high school and has been a great addition to the team. He is smart, quiet, funny, and always seems to deliver the right joke at the right time. Grant works hard, stays consistent, and continues to develop into a strong carpenter.
