Devin, Jenny, and Jordan did an amazing job on wallpaper installation in my bathroom! From beginning to end, they were so responsive and professional. I could not be more pleased with the end result. Jenny even sent me ideas when I didn’t know exactly what pattern I wanted, and that helped me to narrow it down and find the wallpaper I had envisioned for the space! Highly recommend The Durbin Compound for your next home project!

We recently teamed up on a project with Durbin to paint the carpentry work they installed throughout the customers house. Their work is top notch and was ready for us to do our thing! Flawless install on trim work, clean job site and great communication. I can't say enough good things about this company! High quality from start to finish!
KATY P.
Devin and his team of Jordan and Levi did an incredible job of bringing my ideas (and visions in my mind's eye!) to reality. The team customized the board and batten in the entry way and separate hallway, and added board and batten to the kitchen island. What a transformation! Their attention-to-detail is unmatched. The team also installed crown molding and a trimmed archway from the great room to the sunroom. We highly recommend them for any custom trim work you might like done in your home.
BRENDA S.
We just finished our first bathroom renovation and it is amazing. The process was seamlessly easy, timely, and very well done. We are already preparing for the next project Great job Devin and company!
BRIAN D.
Devin, Jenny and crew at The Durbin Compound have been awesome to work with! They’re detailed, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. Looking forward to working with them more in the future!
TODD P.
Devin’s team of guys is amazing! We have 4 small kiddos & they never once complained that they were trouble. They let our kiddos watch and learn what they were doing. My kids came to enjoy seeing them everyday greeting them with hugs and high fives! Such a great group of guys to work with! We would recommend them through and through!
BRANDY J.
The crew was very professional, and they did a great job on the walk in shower for my mother. It will be much safer for her and it is beautiful.
THOMAS C.
We had Devin and his team do some intricate repair work on our house that other contractors have really struggled with. We knowingly had super high expectations around the quality of the work and their team exceeded on ever piece of the project. They were very communicative and timely which is rare these days. You can tell they really work to exceed all your expectations and that they are run extremely well. We'll definitely be working together again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
JASON K.
Got us a brand new master bath ahead of schedule. Couple minor issues after the fact (no fault of theirs) were handled quickly and free of charge. They schedule a few months out so get on their docket quick!
STEVEN S.
This is a great contractor to work with, they are very professional. Offer quality products and exceptional workmanship and service. They are very responsive to changes to scope of work and any issues that may arise.

Absolutely the best contractor experience I have ever had. Devin and his Team are amazing. The entire process from quote, selections, to final product was extremely smooth. Very professional great communication, spotless job site. Can’t recommend enough.
KURT M.
We worked with this team to update our home so that it would better fit our needs, and we had a great experience throughout the process. They really listened to our ideas, priorities, and what we hoped to accomplish, then helped us figure out the best path forward to meet those goals.
The work was professional and skillfully done, but just as important to us was the way they approached working in our home. They treated our home and our space with respect throughout the project.
We appreciated having a team that could listen to what we wanted, help us think through the possibilities, and then turn those ideas into a home that works better for us. We would absolutely recommend them.
BERNIE M.
Our experience with Devin and his team was amazing! They finished our project in a timely manner and it far exceeded our expectations! I showed Devin an inspiration picture of what we wanted and our project turned out perfectly! The whole crew is very respectful, hard working, showed up on time and even mopped my floors before they left! We have recommended them to several of our friends and family and look forward to them helping us with future projects! Also, need to send a huge shout out to Devin’s wife Jenny who refinished our dining set. This included a large table, buffet and bench. They were originally a very dark stain and I wanted them to be lighter to match our floors. Jenny matched them perfectly! She did an amazing job!
SHANE R.
We had a great experience with The Durbin Compound and are so happy with our results! Devin was great from the start helping us design within our budget. They were all very polite, always professional and got the job done so well. They worked diligently to get one bathroom done before starting on the second to ensure we had a full one to use. We’ve already recommended them to many friends and are planning our next project!

Devin and his team were great across the board! We just purchased a home and had a bunch of projects to prioritize based on our budget. We were able to work with them on details and options and decided our top projects were to remove part of a wall, reinforce a beam in the basement, and install a vent duct for over the range. They got all three projects done in 2 days! Overall remarks: Friendly, personable, professional, punctual, organized, and efficient. We were so impressed how fast they were able to work and the attention to detail they gave, even to cleaning up afterwards. Good people, good work... Highly recommend!
ASHLEE D.
Devin from The Durbin Compound provided outstanding customer service and was very willing to work with us to customize a unique room in our basement. TDC did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Devin & Jenny contributed great suggestions about how to make the best use of the space. The craftsmanship was amazing! We’re so incredibly pleased with the results! Wish we would have done this many years ago.
RAYMOND B.
Devin and Jordan are delightful to work with and a pleasure to have in your home. Very considerate of surroundings, very clean, very helpful. They do great work and go over and above!

BRIAN B.
Devin does great work! He has done several different projects for me at Indian Lake, and I have been extremely satisfied. He’s dependable and his prices are fair. Highly recommend.
FRANK M.
I am new to the area & a friend recommended The Durbin Compound. Super responsive on small & large projects! Scheduled a day & time and show up to work with a great attitude and a smile! It is a load of my mind that I have a company to count on!! Highly recommend!
MARY C.
The Durbin Compound was SO GOOD to work with on our bathroom remodel. They really listened to what we wanted and were so helpful in explaining everything when we had questions or were unsure about anything. The timeline was great, they were patient with us, were always very communicative with us and they did GREAT work. They really made our bathroom dream come to life!

My wife and I have been trying to get our kitchen remodeled for a while, when we met with Devin and Jennifer Durbin we knew we had found the right partners for our project. I had gone through 20ish design variants optimizing the space for existing structural limitations and configurations of our 90 year old home. Our goal was to update and modernize without losing any of the character of the house.
The Durbin team did an amazing job. They offered their expertise and suggestions when we'd hit snafus like our house not being structurally sound and needing a support beam or the hvac leading to our second floor passing right through where our new arch was going to go. Devin and Jennifer were happy to answer any questions that I had and more than a few times put our minds at ease. Huge kudos to the Durbin building crew Levi, Devin, and Jordan they each brought their A games to the project. Everyone went above and beyond on the project.
It's been 4 months since the project wrapped up, our kitchen used to be cramped and confusing, now it is the heart of our home. Our entire home is now brighter and more inviting to guests especially with the new half bath.
I want to call out 1 part of the project that Devin Durbin nailed; our undercabinet lighting. Since we have a smart home setup i wanted our undercabinet and shelving lights to turn on the instant you walked into the space and to stay on while you were occupying the kitchen. I combination of a presence sensor and GE Cync undercabinet bar and puck lights is how I wanted to achieve it. Devin was able to make it work flawlessly. Walking into the kitchen and soft lighting at night makes the kitchen feel welcoming and i don't need to blast all of the lights to get a glass of water.
The Durbin Compound will be the first people we reach out to when it comes time to renovating our bathroom.
CHRIS L.
We recently had Devin (1) and his crew (Devin 2 and Devin 3, yes really there were three Devins that day) come out and install some new hardwood flooring for us. This was the second project where we had the Durbin Compound help us out. They did such a great job the first time, we knew we wanted their help for this project too. They were fast, friendly, and extremely detail oriented. They are not happy unless their customers are happy! They are so detail conscious that they took photographs to ensure everything was returned exactly the way they found it when they were finished. They were so good, my wife did not notice that anything had changed until I showed her! And she loves the work they did. The Durbin Compound is our first choice for kitchens, baths, flooring, and remodeling.
ROBERT S.
If I could give Devin and The Durbin Compound 10 stars, I would! I have been a landlord and real estate investor for almost 25 years and Devin Durbin was the most professional and documenting contractor I have worked with. The written contract was explicit so there was no confusion and his use of a mobile application allowed me to communicate and pay invoices from my phone! He worked well with Upper Arlington Zoning and Codes and in the end he gave me a new wall that looked original to the house! Thanks, Devin, if you need a reference, just call!
DONALD C.
They were excellent! They cleaned up everyday before they left for the day. Showed up first thing in the morning and worked throughout the day. Was willing to help with a couple other small patch work jobs while they were there. I will be using them again and highly recommend!
mandy b.
I had a very good experience with the Durbin Compound company. I can highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again.
GARY C.
Devin and team were amazing and we love our new dry bar! Professional, quick turn around and far exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
ROBYN D.
This group was absolutely fantastic. We had what should have been a small double bathroom project, but because our house is over 100 years old, every project opens up another project. They showed up on time every day until the project was finished regardless of the new challenges created daily. Down to the smallest finishing touches, they were so incredibly professional. A small issue arose after the project was done and Devin came back to assess and fix immediately. I would 100% recommend!
KEVIN M.
We would like to thank the whole Durbin Compound crew for the hard work on the remodel of our "aging in place" bathroom. The results were perfect. Devin and his crew were on time, good listeners, and true to their promises and budget. And they cleaned up at the end of every day. Devin is a very efficient problem solver. We highly reccommend The Durbin Compound.
MIKE & PENNY W.
These guys are AMAZING! We've been in our house for over 20 years and wanted to remodel the kitchen, do some ceiling work and a few other things but were having a hard time finding anyone who we felt could meet our needs. Devin was recommended to us and after meeting he & Jenny we knew they were the ones!! Devin and his crew were very punctual, gave accurate time-frames, communicated with us constantly throughout the entire process, gave helpful & knowledgeable design ideas/suggestions & left the place looking better then they found it EVERY DAY- The place was spotless! They were very personable and enjoyed talking with them. Jordan built beautiful frames around the windows and doorways that look like they came right out of a magazine! Their professionalism, honesty, and timeliness are beyond reproach and I feel 100% confident in referring them to anyone wanting just about anything done on their house!
COLLEEN M.
Devin and team are awesome! Devin was subcontracted to us by another contractor and did such an amazing job remodeling our bathroom that we hired him for a basement remodel and several other projects. He and his team are accommodating, always willing to tr something new, clean, and friendly. They also work efficiently and are great at communicating. We will hire Devin for all future work in our home. He has worked on everything from dry wall, tiling, plumbing, electrical, solving issues for partially finishing our basement. 10/10 would recommend!
CLARE G.
I met Devin at a previous job site where I was power washing . I call him for any plumbing and electrical jobs that people ask for recommendation. He is professional, knowledgeable, and has solutions for all your needs.
RANDY H.

BA SERVICE & REPAIR
I have had the pleasure of working with Devin and his team for over a year and every time I am beyond pleased with their work. They have done tasks from hanging wall art to installing a range hood in my home. Each time the quality of the finished product is beyond expectation. They take pride in leaving no trace behind them. As in they always throughly clean after each project, which I appreciate so much! They are efficient, fair and have become friends of mine. I truly cant recommend them enough!!
OLIVIA S.
The Durbin Compound crew from the owners to the employees is what a contractor should be. They completed a bathroom remodel in old farm house and beyond exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend for any home renovation.

We used The Durbin Compound crew to give a “face-lift” to our great room ceiling. They removed dated ceiling can lights and replaced them with custom beams which are stunning!
Devin and his crew are timely, polite, organized, talented and pay extreme attention to detail. You will not be dissatisfied!
We LOVE the end results!
GAYE C.
The workers for this company were very professional and polite and they did a phenomenal job on completing my basement project!
BRETT K.
Devin and his team did an awesome job on our water filtration system install. It's so hard to find dependable people to do home improvement projects these days and we were so excited when he was able to work us in to his busy schedule. We highly recommend The Durbin Compound for any home improvement project and will definitely use them again!
CHUCK A.
We manage commercial properties in the Central Ohio area, and this company is one of the first we call when we have an issue. From big to small, Devin gives honest feedback, and if he can't help, he points us in the right direction for somebody who can. He does great work at a very fair price!
DANITA H.
Devin and his team did an incredible job remodeling our kitchen countertops and backsplash. We are slow decision makers and they helped walked us through options and were patient with us. They were great at communicating with us and addressing our concerns. And best of all, they were respectful to our noisy German shepherd. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.
PETER R.
Devin and his crew are the best!!!! We hired them to do our basement bathroom (and some other odd jobs while on site) and they 100% exceeded our expectations. They are friendly, punctual, friendly, professional and efficient. I would recommend them for any home project. They are literally a Jack of all trades!
ANDREW C.
We hired TDC to do a whole-home Reno for an investment property of ours and they transformed an old home outdated home into a masterpiece! The entire team was incredible from start to finish. Not only are Devin & Jenny amazing at what they do but they are just amazing humans in general. We are so happy to have found our contractors for life!
JENNY L.
Devin and team did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel. We spent a couple years looking for a the right contractor for the bathroom and their services were amazing and very reasonably priced. They turned our bathroom into something even better than we ever pictured. While many other were trying to talk us out of our vision with shortcuts, The Dubin Compound make our dreams a reality.
DAVID W.
I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Devin Durban and his team at Durban Compound Renovations. From start to finish, Devin was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely committed to doing the job right.
What really stood out to me was how hands-on Devin was throughout our home renovation. He was actually present during the construction phase, actively involved, and made sure the work was being completed to a very high standard. His attention to detail and precision were exceptional, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his work.
Devin and his crew were meticulous, respectful, and detail-oriented. They didn’t cut corners, and they consistently focused on quality and craftsmanship. Having the owner personally involved and available throughout the renovation gave us a tremendous amount of confidence and peace of mind.
If you’re looking for a contractor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and truly cares about the quality of the finished product, I highly recommend Devin Durban and Durban Compound Renovations. We are extremely happy with the work and would absolutely use them again!

Devin and The Durbin Compound did a great job on our bar! Clean, affordable and top notch work!
CHRIS D.
Devin and his team were great to work with from start to finish. The communication was outstanding, the cost for the work was fair and the timeline for the project was met. Devin went out of his way to ensure the project was completed exactly how we wanted it and was even so kind as to allow us to use some of his construction items even when his part of the project was completed. They took really good care of our home during the process as well. I highly recommend The Durbin Compound for your renovation needs and will definitely use them again in the future.
KRISTY
We highly recommend The Durbin Compound. We had them do a renovation of our bathroom and they did an exceptional job. Devin is a great communicator who responds right away and is a pleasure to work with. We can’t wait to use The Durbin Compound for future projects.
MATTHEW D.
My wife and I bought our dream home in Marysville and needed work done. We did a few projects with contractors and were very unhappy with the work done and their poor customer service.
Needing some bathroom and kitchen work done, we were at the end of our rope dealing with contractors. When getting a quote, they did not listen on what we wanted done.
Talking at work, a coworker recommended Devin. I told her our stories and she said not to worry, Devin did a lot of work for them and he is old school. He is professional and knows what customer service is. So, we called for a quote.
We told him what we wanted to do and he worked with our budget to make it work. (He found items, products, etc that fit our budget while maintaining quality.)
Professional, on time, no messing around on the job site, cleaned up every day when they left! They treated our house with the upmost respect. Quality all the way around. With any future work we need done, we are calling Devin. Call him for any work you need, you will be more than happy with the results.
WILLIE L.
We cannot say enough about our experience with Devin and his team. Their enthusiasm, creativity and attention to detail gave us the perfect bathroom! Our project was a total gut, including removing a closet, installing new plumbing, a salt free water softener, new shower stall, custom shelving to house our new washer/dryer combo and waterproof flooring. They started our remodel on time and completed on time. They even made sure our house was clean when they left! Always friendly and quick with a joke, The Durbin Compound is the real deal!
ANDY & SUE
I have had Devin and his team at The Durbin Compound do several projects for me, their work is always fantastic! Prompt, attention to details most wouldn't even notice, swift & efficient. Any unforeseen issues that arise, they walk you through the options, working with you to achieve stellar results. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
